Kar-Gah Delivery Policy
At Kar-Gah, we strive to deliver your leather goods and accessories to you with care and efficiency. Please read our delivery policy below to understand our processes and timelines.
1. Order Processing:
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (or for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is verified), we aim to process and dispatch your items within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Pakistan.
- You will receive an email/ Message notification with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Timeframes:
We currently offer the following delivery options within Pakistan:
- Standard Delivery:
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery is typically carried out during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available for all customers within Pakistan.
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- You will be required to pay the total order amount (including any applicable delivery charges) in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Geographical location and accessibility of the delivery address.
- Unforeseen logistical issues or delays by our delivery partners.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Public holidays and peak seasons.
3. Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email notification/ Message containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment with our delivery partner.
5. Delivery Attempts:
- Our delivery partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address.
- If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned to Kar-Gah. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (additional charges may apply) or process a refund (excluding the original delivery charges).
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
- It is crucial to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your full name, complete address with postal code, and a valid contact number.
- Kar-Gah will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery (COD Orders):
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we encourage you to briefly inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before making the payment to the delivery agent.
- If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt before paying and contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence.
